No broken traces that I can see.

The green trace leads to a ?rectifier bridge? those long black things then it goes to a couple MB74LS07 chips all with good traces.

Where is the color generated on this board?

The manual contains schematics:

http://www.crazykong.com/manuals/Xmen.man.pdf

p.16, 19: Green < resistor array < LS07 < LS273 < SR16KSL4 (color RAM) < LS157 < 053251 (custom graphic chip)

Just checked them and I have continuity to each input and out as listed. Only damage I can see is the top of one of the LS273s looks like something was running on it but just surface abrasion.

You should use a logic probe and compare with red and blue since those are ok.
