Proving it was a boot wouldn't make the seller an idiot; his decision to list an eBay auction with terms absolutely contrary to eBay policy makes him an idiot. Therefore, I will call him as such. Enough said.I think Madman's point was that it hasn't been proven a boot, so there's no reason to call the seller an idiot. Perhaps "If it's a boot, the seller's an idiot" makes sense, but no reason for name-calling just yet.
