1. This should be in the "boot or no boot" section.
2. Seller is a fucking idiot. He'll have to refund the buyer's purchase if it's a bootleg.
3. Label and case seem to be legit; as trimer34 said, that doesn't mean shit about the chips.

Wow, not sure how the seller is an idiot, but I'd say from the pic it is hard to judge. The pic itself is blurry and doesn't show the entire label it is hard to determine if the label is legit. Cart case color matches that of a legit cart and I don't know if I've seen boots in that color case. You'd be rolling th dice bidding on it, but there isn't enough information to say either way.

The seller's a fucking idiot because he's unaware that, in accordance with eBay policy, he'll have to give a refund for selling bootleg merchandise, even if he says he refuses to refund it.
The risk involved in bidding on that cartridge would be the shipping cost.

Proving it was a boot wouldn't make the seller an idiot; his decision to list an eBay auction with terms absolutely contrary to eBay policy makes him an idiot. Therefore, I will call him as such. Enough said.
