I don't know what your question is.

It probably is an actual copy of Kizuna, and you can't put "fake" auctions up on eBay, but the guy listing it is obviously retarded and doesn't know the difference between MVS and AES.

Could be a legit cart but no one is going to pony up 1,000 pounds for a relabeled MVS cart that usually goes for $100 or so.

The person selling it must not know what the hell is going on and is going on the notion that people should see something listed for the Neo and right away assume its worth 1,000 pounds because it MUST be super rare.
