That cart has been all over the place on Ebay. I've seen it between 50 and 250 USD. The cart by itself seems to sell better than as part of a kit (go figure.)

It's because operators that spot it fight over the damn thing, because they want it for their local Wal-Mart or other hole in the wall spot for quick and cheap revenue from the crowd that would play that sort of thing. That's the only reason why it goes for the upper price. That game would be going for no higher than $100 at any given point in time if it weren't for that aspect of the market.
