Dreamcast Stick

Hey folks, just had a quick question regarding the Dreamcast Arcade stick. I got it with my Dreamcast when it launched and I've loved it ever since. Now I'm noticing that the stick is well...starting to stick.

I wanted to know, is it a simple open and pop the stick and buttons out with the DC stick? Or do you have to go through a bunch of BS like with the Wii and 360 ones?

Did you want to take out the buttons and put in new ones? Or did you want to just clean the buttons out. If its the former you have to use a dremel to make the button holes bigger and some hefty moding to get a new stick in there.
