Yo vivo muy cerca de Tijuana, en San Ysidro. E vivido en San Diego por casi toda mi vida. Tambien vivi en Tijuana por 5 años, en Playas.

I lived there for 5 years. Not much of a reason to visit TJ unless you're someone who lives in SoCal who is under the age of 21, or are a pedophile, or are looking for drugs, or are a member of an organized crime syndicate, or have other personal business there. There are far better places in Mexico to visit/live in.

Because my parents moved there from Mexico City in the early 80's. I was born in San Diego shortly after, but my family and I continued to live in TJ until I was around 5. We moved to San Diego after that, where I've lived ever since. I've been to TJ many times after I stopped living there though.

I'm the only forum member in that area (as I already mentioned). The few other members here that live in San Diego all live in the northern half of the city.
