Damn, I should have polished/waxed my candycab sooner

So I was just looking around the house for something to remove some scratches & rust in the back of my cab that I had, and the only thing I had was stuff for my car, so I used that stuff and after cleaning the rust/scratch up on my cab, it looked so good I did the entire cab and daaaaaamn does it look good now.

Even people that don't even care about games/neogeo noticed how nice and bright/white/clean it looked now.

Of course it doesn't really show up in pictures, don't have a 1000watt lamp to really see anything, but trust me it looks WAY better now than what it did.

And it feels so smooooooooth now lol

What brand was the polish/wax? I've read in another thread that boat hull polish was good to remove the yellowing on the plastic.

Can we get a full pic of the cab?

hmm, interesting. I have some marks on mine that I just cannot get off, no matter how much polishing.

Theres not much plastic on my cab so I wouldn't know.
Anyways, I used megiuars scratch-x color-x and something else think it was gold class wax? something like that.



You can see all the little nicks in it where its down to the metal, didn't take the control panel off so you can see all the dirty and crap on the side of it hehe.

Yeah me to, I ended up taking the paint off in a few spots that were "touched up" before

I need to get my bottle of T-CUT back off a friend actually and give it a go.

it looks awesome and shiny! gonna have to pick up some of that stuff and give it a go on my cab.
