Atomiswave KOF XI - unlocking hidden characters

Does anyone know how to unlock the hidden characters in the Atomiswave version of KOF XI?
The only way I've found mentioned is time release; does anyone know of another way or if there is a way to manipulate the time (via clock adjustment, etc.)? Thanks.


p.s. if anyone has access to a hi-res scan of the U.S. marquee for this game (or just the marquee), I would appreciate it.

i have this and was wondering the same, i mean time release is that like how many hours you put into the game? cus thats fucked up.....I dont wanna play for like 1200hours to unlock one boss lol
