Try cleaning the contacts in the cart slot and the contacts on the cart itself, that should help.
It wouldn't be a bad idea to open up your Saturn and give it a good cleaning, get some air in a can at your local Radio Shack it will help a good bit.

most 3rd party carts suck.

usually putting them in, and pulling them out slightly works.

its best not to hot-swap carts at all. that will kill the slot.

just get a 4-in-1 and leave it in

Cart-swapping probably killed it. Just take 10 minutes and mod the damn thing.

Jigen is absolutely correct. I got my mod from what turns out to be a not-so-good dealer, www.playthegames.com

The thing is, it didn't work ANYTHING like they said it would. I had to basically custom solder the damned thing to even get it working.

Someone tell him where to find a good dealer?

If he's comfortable doing it, I'll do it for 20.00. It's really not that hard.

Hot damn, that's pretty cool of you.

I'd have offered to do it, but I don't have easy access to the mod chips.

Jeff... a switch is a switch... DPDT and DPST from memory, or 4 pole 3 way.

check www.gamesx.com for mod diags.

do at your own risk! but it works ;)

Kyo, don't bother with a mod chip. just do the same ;)

Well yeah, that's my fault. Back when I did my Saturn I didn't know you could just do a switch.
