Pulstar - awful casing, but legit boards?

I've had this Pulstar for about 2 years and always thought it was a boot. The case is matte black with a color printed label. Opened it up today and now I'm thinking it's legit. Take a look and help me out. Thanks in advance.

How could you say it's a boot? Every single chip is completely original. The only thing that isn't legit is the cart label.

Don't really remember why I thought it was, I think my brother bought it from the same guy who sold him a Tournament Golf boot.

I'm gonna get pretty annoyed if Kernow comes in and says "no quit helping others".

Well you know Kern, it's pretty damn obvious it isn't a boot. Go look at tons of pics of official ones, that cart looks exactly the same as perfect legit carts.

*sigh*, don't mind me Robot though, Kernow's just assy.
