I've asked the seller for actual pics of the inside of the cart, but I haven't yet gotten a response, however, they have this picture listed:

And that sure does look like a big ol eeprom hanging out in there.
Thoughts?

If you can get a photo of the other board it would be alot easier to tell, afterall some carts do use eeproms?

amazing how you can tell it's an EPROM looking at the solder side

lol WUT?!?
That's clearly not the solder side; in the bottom two slots on the right are clearly windowed chips.
On top of that, the fact that the PCB is not legit tells us all we need to know. ;)
