Trying to get hold of some RAM for a Konami GTi Club - RAM type is:

81141622-015 4Mx16Bit SDRAM

It's a surface mounted Fujitsu 4Mx16Bit SDRAM chip with 50 pins
(TSOP-II package)

Anyone know of any suppliers please?
