Ok i know you guys are sick of me asking questions, i am tired of having to ask the questions. lol

Ok i fired up my 2 slot cmvs and it gave me the address error on no matter what game i put in again, but I did something i did the other night that fixed it. I popped the unibios just out slightly out of the socket and the reinserted it and it fixed the issue. What is going on with the bios? or the board?

What all did you do since you had it working before... seems that before you just had the dip flipped.

What is happening this time?
Some games will require you to reset the backup ram when you play them for the first time (see raz's site and read the faq).

the dipswitch setting error from earlier, never gave me the address error. nothing has been changed since the other day, its working fine now. I just don't want to have to pop the unibios in and out all the time, that is going to wear it down.
and these aren't new games that would require the backup ram to be reset, i just had them going last night.:conf:

Probably helpful next time to take a picture of your screen with teh error and post. Raz or someone can probably then point out exactly what is giving the error.

You've obviously got a dodgy socket.
