Issue with 4 slot settings

Xian Xi tried to help me earlier with this issue - I think I miss understood him or maybe he misunderstood me

I know this is a dip setting on the board, I have #7 on for free play, this is my issue:

When I hook the 4 slot up to the jamma harness and plug 4 games into the slot board and turn on the arcade - all loads up fine. Then when I hit the select button on the arcade it will not switch between the games I have to let each individual game load up to the preview screen and I can select it and play it then. So basically I need to know which other dip switch should be turned on besides #7

Turn on Dip 1 and fire up the board or hit the test switch, then go into the Soft Dip settings, then "Setting up the cabinet". Set Game Select to anytime or free, then exit out. That should do it.
