Picked up an Atomiswave woody...

I just picked up an Atomiswave woody at the recent amusement auction here in NC. I wasn't really looking for another woody or an Atomiswave mobo (although I didn't have one) but it was probably the cleanest cab I've ever seen come though the auction here. I am weak.
I see these atomiswave woodies often at auction but they are always gun games and fairly dirty (average location wear but still grimy). There is a wee bit of burn and the monitor is SD, but I'd rather have the low def for changing out other jamma stuffs.
It had KOF Neowave in it; certainly not the rarest Atomiswave prize but a fun game. Kind of the forgotten dream match; I never played it very much but actually like it a lot.
btw: the movestrips aren't actually appiled. They were inside the cab and I just stuck them up carefully with tape for reference... and coolness.

nice scoop. you weren't kidding about the condition. thats clean. i kinda wish i still had some stand ups.

mind if I ask what you paid? I really want an Atomiswave and an IGS PGM but I have no cashes.

Well, closing bid was $290 but after taxes and fees *groan* it was more like $340.
It doesn't need any work/repairs but will need new sticks.

Wow, that's a fantastic deal. I think it's a great looking cab IMO. Very clean looking. The mobo and cart alone are worth half the cost of the cab. You need to get KOF XI, much better than Neowave.

Damn, that's a really nice looking cab. Good haul you managed to score there. I still haven't attended any arcade auctions myself, but seeing a deal like that makes me really want to head to Timonium this fall and see what I can score.

Nice cab. Thanks for showing us your Atomiswave cab. That's a good buy. I always appreciate pics.

It'd be even more awesome if somebody revived the gamerooms in action thread with vids of people's gamerooms. If someone's willing to post vids there and revive the thread, it'd be much appreciated.:p

Yeah, I'm shocked my thread went on for as long as it did, though I don't think it's been bumped for a month. I'll take some video of my gameroom when I get my camcorder back sometime this weekend.

Sweet setup you got man! That AW cab is actually one of the nicer wood cabs I've seen. Gotta add one of those to my "someday" list.

Agreed with everyone else here, great deal on a cab. If it's that clean, $340 is a cherry price. Congrats!

I don't know if they're coming this year to MD. Last I checked their calender there was nothing scheduled.

Really? That would suck, to say the least. Hopefully something comes to fruition, if not I'll just have to see if there are any auctions up north.
