kof 2000 mvs

i have a problem with my kof 2000 mvs kit i popped it in my cab and i cannot seem to do fireball's or even half of the dm's and played my freinds aes cart and it works fine does anyone know how to fix this problem because i know it is not my joysticks they work fine with last bglade 2 and garou mark of the wolves does anyone else have this problem because the game seems to work fine exept for this it is really pissing me off.

If its KOF 2000 bootleg, then you cant do specials. Open up the Cart, some of these are very dodgy inside

i open the cart up and do not see any thing that indicates it is a bootleg i mean it has a box with matching serial nembers it even has the holographic label on the cart
