I saw these games in a "Top 100 games of all time" video and did not recognize them. Anyone know them by name?

I looked up Blazing star and I think you are right about number 3. Thanks for the positive ID.

I remember Cyberbots as being a 1 on 1 fighter in the same vein with Street Fighter. In the video of the second one, it looked like a beat 'em up. Any other ideas?

#2 is Armored Warriors/Powered Gear

Cyberbots was the squeal to Armored Warriors, it featured the characters and mechs from AW but was a 1 on 1 fighter.

Time Soldiers looks like a winner. Three down, anyone know the last one? Looks similar to Zombie Revenge, but I don't remember a section of the game that looks like that and the power bars at the top look almost like a fighting game.
