Well, was just joking.

Thins kind of blue screen aprears when no cart is inserted, or sometimes when slots are too loose. I think blown up bios will do the same, not 100% sure anyway.

Maybe it's time for some cleaning of your carts and your system.
I get that screen EVERYTIME I insert a brand new game for the first time. After some cleaning and some tries it starts working and never fails again.
Hope that helps.

Use electrical cleaner from Radio Shack. It comes with a brush and costs about $10. It always does the trick. But for hard grime you could use the electrical cleaner first and some copper cleaner on a cutip. Be sure to wipe off the copper cleaner though. Then use some more electrical cleaner and you should be done. :)

Isopropyl alcohol also does the trick. Again Q-tip and all that.

Woohoo! FINALLY!

Yes, contact cleaner IS isopropyl alcohol. Been away for a few months, glad to see while I was gone there's been no talk of pencil erasers and abrasives! LOL

I've had that problem from time to time with my Neo, but mine was related to an add-on territory switch in the back.
