Looking for info on these buttons

Hey guys,

Looking to find out anything I can about these buttons.
They are on my Pony Mark IV I bought sometime in 2001 or early 2002.
I want to get more for a new cabinet.

hrmm...
I posted the new thread because when I went back to the old one it was deleted.
I thought a mod deleted my other post and gave me the permissions I thanked him for. (went back and looked... the pictures were just removed... doh!)


Sorry for the double post then and thanks for the info! Those look exactly right!
