How doesthis PSU works?

Hello!
I just bought this PSU for like 8$ coz it was kind of small...
I only know its a 5V 3a but Ive never seen anything like that before. Also there is no indications whatsoever onto it...
Do you guys know how it works? How I could use that for powering an MV1A?

Looks like it's missing components.

Easy to hook up, just connect the line, neutral and earth to the input and then use the pinout for the output.

yeah but they dont respect the usual color scheme...
I dont think component are missing though... the guy had a few for sale. The same motherboard was usued for all of these... But of course, depending on the PSU, not the same setup on the board.
Would you be able to tell me just by looking at the picture which cable does what?
