I got a supergun in the mail today from the UK and I'm having major problems with it so it looks like I will need to buy a supergun in the US.

If possible:

* Supports Component and having S-Video also would be great.
* Uses Neo-Geo controller ports
* Has a CPS1/2 Kick Harness connector port
* This would be nice but not needed: supports -5v PCBs.

If you got one then LMK with a price. I'm just having enough with superguns and the like. :annoyed:

I have one:

has composite and s-vid
uses neo geo controllers (including +5 for NGCD controllers)
has connections for buttons 4, 5, and 6, but you would have to make the CPS-2 connector end
does not have -5

has a mono / stereo switch

comes with the newer Saturn controller (modded of coarse).

Why don't you hand it off to channelmaniac, guys a wizard with stuff. He could probably hook you right up for a fraction of the price it would take to buy another SG.

What kind of interference were you getting with the picture and what other problems were there?

The picture was wavy, and the sound was terrible. I've send it back to the maker so he can fix it. Once I get it back if it still doesn't work I'll just ask for a refund.

Maybe someone could correct me if I'm wrong but I was always told that superguns seem to have compatability problems with the XRGB 2+. I remember reading somewhere that the first XRGB was the one to get for use with a supergun. Anyone else ever heard of this?

*Edit* Your right, the xrgb 2 + has scrolling issues with some of those pcb's. The XRGB 2 would work great. Thanks for clearing that up.

The XRGB2 is great since it can play those weird vsync games like the Sebiu SPI games and Batsugun via composite, s-video, and RGB.

If the RGB SG doesn't work next week then I'll most likely get a S-Video one and run it via the XRGB2.
