Need someone who works at Best Buy or Geek Squad

*I'm posting this on every forum I am registered to in hopes that I find someone who can help me out here*

I have a TV that I need to access the service menu on to adjust/display arcade PCBs correctly. But it's a "Dynex" brand which is only serviced through Best Buy.

According to the Dynex rep, you Geek Squad guys are the only ones who have these service manuals.

I need one of you to pm me or attempt to get me the service menu for a Dynex 20" Flat Tube TV. The model number is either going to be DX-F20TV (Dynex model #), NS-20FTV (Insignia model #), or 7601008 (Best buy model #).

Any help would be appreciated.

Awesome, from the pictures I've found on the model they reference there, it looks the same, so hopefully that will work, will try when I get home.

Ok, half good half bad. Without a doubt this is the exact same model TV as the one in that post, just rebranded.

Problem is the remote is different. So while it opens up to reveal the same 'hidden' buttons, the stated method doesn't work.

So... still looking.
