No sound on Last Blade 2 cart

Tried the cart in two different boards, and the sound does work. Works for every other game. Cleaned the contacts again even though it only goes from slot to shockbox, and almost nothing came off of it. What should I check for on the cart?

Check for broken solder joints on the M1 and V chips.
