KOF98 Cart not working

I got myself a KOF98 cart, i cleaned the pins before anything else. I plug the cart and all i got is some garbled graphics on the top of the screen, everything else green, horizontal scrolling and a clicking sound... :spock:

All my other carts work fine. It's a consolized MV 1F with unibios 3.0

Any help is much appreciated

Also cart is not a boot!

Check the solder joints. I have repaired a lot of KOF carts by reflowing the solder.

Looks like the cart has been opened before, maybe the boards have been misplaced, anyone knows in what order they should be? :conf:

Facing you it is CHA on the bottom and PROG on the top.

Well the boards were right. I checked the traces with a multimeter and continuity was ok and there aren't bad solder joints and still not working... I'll ask for a refund :D
