Can I sell stuff yet?

Hey guys, I want to know if I qualify to sell stuff on here as I have a few games I want to get rid of such as my NitD Full Kit to help pay off some debt I'm incurring with my new Sega Blast City cab. The thing I'm confused about is the total posts requirement. It says you must be a member 1 month and/or have made over 100 posts. So which is it, as I have seen people quote the 100 post rule over and over. In summery, can I have permission from someone of some importance to sell a few MVS games and such?
