EDIT: All of the labels I can find that claim to be official look like that one, but I want to be sure. I'm very new to MVS. :)

I don't know of any Jp labels that have serials, only US.

I never saw a bootleg with a japanese label actually.
Arcade resellers and game centers don't deal with bootlegs in Japan. (from my personal experience, I never saw a bootleg in Japan).
