Neo Geo Dynamo Conversion CP or CP sticker

hey there, looking for either a nice shape Neo Geo style Dynamo cab control panel for a 25" monitor Dynamo cab

or

A NOS or repro CP sticker, possibly plexi as well though there may be somewhere to get it locally.

Any ideas on where this can be found?
