I'm sure channelmaniac, resident guru of all repairs, could help you for a nominal fee. I just had some work done by him and can't say enough good things.
Honestly though, it's a pretty easy repair. The caps are much easier to remove than those on an MVS board, which are a tight fit. I helped a friend recap his 4 slot and it was a PAIN.
But for the Duo, I did it and I'm no whiz with a soldering iron. You just need to be prepared to change a lot of caps. Different caps can create different problems, from low volume to no CD sound at all (which was my problem). Unless you can visually I.D. the problem cap it's best to just shotgun it and replace all those related to sound.
