problems on modding a pal neo to a NTSC Neo

hi,i have a pal neo geo now and i want to mod it as a ntsc one.However, i would like to have a more detail information on doing the mod.
(I have read those information in nickthfury and the gamex,However,i think their information are not enough )Can anybody help me in this?

you can have more information with the sony CXA 1145 datasheet. try also to compare the datasheet with the NTSC and PAL neo geo system.

All you need to do is remove the top cover by removing the 4 screws on the bottom and cutting out resistor pal 1 and resistor pal 2 and your neo will run at 60 frames per second full screen.

just cut out two pal resistors ,then finsih the mod ,right?

Yes that is all I did and I have done three no problems,if you are unsure just snip one end of each resistor and bend up one or two millimeters so no contact is made.
