I'm only putting this up in here in hopes that whoever sent this will contact me, as it may not be seen in other forums. I won't be bumping this, so no worries on that.

I am only expecting 1 payment from someone, and it isn't here yet. Not even sure what was in here, or who the sender is. Either way, whatever it was, I didn't get, and the envelope was ripped open on it's way to me. All that was in my PO Box was what you see below. It would have had to have been someone I dealt with since I moved, as it wasn't forwarded.

If anyone knows who this could be, or any other details, or this is you, please PM me. If I don't hear from anyone about this in the next 3 days, I will write the person and send them their envelope back stating what the situation is, because honestly, I'm at a loss here as to who this is from, or what it was supposed to be for.

Quite sure they delivered this to me, and yes, good observation, the stamp was cut from another envelope.

I think I may know where this has come from now. Possibly an eBay item I purchased at end of February that the seller is not responding to messages. They have themselves listed as being in Boston on their auctions...Brighton is about 15 minutes from there.

I talked to a supervisor about it, not 5 minutes after I got it. They didn't have much to say other than asking me what was in it prior (I assumed cash or a money order), asking if something in it was rigid, and that it likely got caught on their machines somewhere down the line, as there are some horizontal scrape marks on and around where my address is.

Regardless of if it got caught up in the equipment or whatever, the employee that ended up finding it should have taken care of it and done their job, which they didn't. Nothing new with the postal service, and I'm trying to keep from using them as little as possible these days as a result.

Did the item end at a whole number? If not the idiot probably sent you change in there and well the rest if obvious...

Nope, it was like $1.49 or something, if it is the auction I'm thinking. Still no reply back from them.

Ah, excuse my ignorance. I just did a quick look on maps to see where it was at and how far from Boston, as I'm not familiar with the area. Would make sense though. Kinda like here in Dallas, all these little areas are named their own thing, but they have Dallas addresses.

Yes, it's exactly like Dallas in that sense.
