Indy Heat to Super Off Road adapter

Was wondering if anyone here could make an adapter for me. I need an adapter to play a Super Off Road in a Indy Heat cab. I have the manuals and boards for both games, saw an adapter on the KLOV forums, but I just don't have the time to make one and would prefer to buy one, anyone able to help me out?

Is Indy Heat anything like Cisco Heat? I feel very, very sorry for you if it is.

Here's a picture of the adapter I found on the KLOV forums. The first picture is of the Super Off Road board w/ connectors and the second is of the two jamma finger boards that plug into the Indy Heat cab.
