So I hooked the -5v line in my MVS cab today so I can play a few JAMMA boards.

But I've had a few problems.

On X-Men I cannot get any credits to register aside from that everything else seems to be fine.

Sengoku Ace 2(Sengoku Blade) game plays fine but there is no sound.

Also when playing JAMMA boards do I need to disconnect the mem. card harmesses, credit leds ect? Since I'm just moving the JAMMA harness from one board to another does it matter if I keep all the peripheral connections on my 4 slot mobo hooked up?

Any help would be appreciated

might want to consider one of these. I'm not the best at this kind of stuff- but I *think* there might be a chance you can blow a sound amp on a jamma pcb running it in an MVS cabinet without taking measures. Never heard of the credit dealio.

As for the stuff- you should just be able to plug your jamma board into the loom on the cab (though I wouldn't reccomend doing it without protecting yourself on the audio side). The motherboard is tied into all the rest of that stuff- none of that is connected anywhere else that I can remember.

That wouldn't matter because that stuff is only connected to the MVS board. Just think of those as part of the board.
