This not the first arcade I wired before, but it is the first monitor that I used that said it didn't need a isolation tranformer. It's a small 13" monitor and I need to know if I can directly supply power from the PSU. Also, I'm installing a fuse block. What size fuse should I use for the monitor, power supply and marquee light?

Follow Bob's AC wiring guide here:

When you refer to using the power from the PSU, I am assuming you mean using the AC pass-through wires found on the box-style power supplies. If you are using a screw-on terminal PSU, then you can use the AC input terminals to split the AC off to the monitor.

Does the monitor have a switch mode power supply stage on board ?, if so the chassis will be isolated and you can connect the mains directly.
If you are not sure do not connect anything untill you get more advice.

Do you have an ID on the monitor ?
