AES with no cart

I just got 2 Neo Geo home consoles today but have no game to see if they work. Does the home console do anything when you turn it on without a game?

think all you can do is mess with the memory card settings... unibios might take you to some menu ??

Yeah, I turn them on but nothing comes up other than some glitchy stuff then a solid color on the screen. With or without a mem card, its the same. These dont have UniBIOSs . . . yet.

Search is your friend...you can find out how to get into the mem card menu and what color screen you should get if the AES functions properly.
