please! help me fix my boardmaster

I've been getting a lot of PM's lately asking what the problem is with my boarmaster. I honestly don't know what to say anymore.

here's what I know.

Whenever I try and run a PCB... one of 4 things happen.

1. NOthing will come up on the screen. Just a straight black screen.

2. I will get garbled graphics, but with no sound. Looks like this.



3. The game will actually work, but it will reset itself after a minute.

4. The game will fully work. here's proof.

now at 1st I thought this was a powersupply problem... but I brought out my multi meter the other day and check the + 5 voltage, and it was just slight above 5 volts. Could this be an encoder issue? I just need to know what to tell people.

Could be a gone bad solder part or trace on the board.
That sometimes has contact and sometimes not.

I´ve had a similar problem with a Ultimate 11 Con.

One texture was missing or garbleing.

I checked the graphic chips solder parts carefuly at running the rom, by lite pressing from hand and found one pin that have effects on this texture.

If i pressed him light the picture was ok.

I resoldered him but has sometimes a frizzle in.

As i soldered a second line to another ground it was runnig well.

Maybe have alook in this direction.
