Yes.. and they'll play in English.

The short of it is that the system itself decides what language the game will play in. Every game has the data for all the different regions in it. So if you play a Japanese game in an English system, it plays in English. If you put an English game in a Japanese system it plays in Japanese.

The only difference between the different versions of the games is the artwork and the manual.

Not only that, but if you buy some of the oldest US Neo carts like Baseball Stars Pro and Top Players Golf, the carts themselves are actually the Japanese versions! They just slapped a US sticker over the old JPN one! Pretty neat and it explains why the older games have the slightly overlapping cart sticker labels!!
