Neo Geo MVS DIP Switch question !

I Have a MVS Cabinet in my Home but i have a little pb !

I Have Kof 2000 MVS and I don't know why The Dip Switch 3 in the Debug Bios Menu is Not selectable !

The Dip code to Play ERO is only compatible with the Neo Geo Home system (with Debug Bios) or over ?

Please help me to Play with ZERO in my arcade cabinet MVS
