does anyone know were the switch to change from 15 to 25khz is located on the nanao 29" monitor in the Egret.?
any chance of getting a pic if possible ?

Not sure, but it might have a plug that you need to unplug on the chassis, and plug into another connector labeled 25khz. Most of the dual res monitors that I have seen (my nanao included) use this plug type.

yep there is a jumper plug that needs to go from 15khz to 25khz(or vice versa) to change frequency
just make sure you don't do it with the power connected
sometimes the plugs is marked high and low depending on chassis model
