2 Channel from MVS and Mono on 2 Speakers from a CPS2?

Been at this for hours now and have got nowhere, can someone tell me or better off draw me a diagram of how i would achieve 2 channel from my 4 slot and then with a flick of a switch change so i can get Mono from both speakers on my CPS2 or any other Jamma Board?

You need a 4PDT switch:

When the middle row is connected to the top row it's stereo MVS, when it's connected to the bottom row it's Jamma mono with the speakers wired in series so the total impedance when using 4ohm speakers is 8ohm (good for Jamma amps).
