Can't tell without seeing the boards. Fake label and in absolutely shitty-nasty condition. I haven't even seen a yanton cart that filthy in quite some time. Hope you weren't the winning bidder man.

Honestly, I have no idea, and I wouldn't risk that kinda money on a beat-to-death cart like that on the hopes that it might not be a boot. Please tell me you weren't the high bidder on that one...
As for the appropriate place, there's a section called "boot or no boot" in the technical help section. It's towards the top of the main forum list. That's where this shoulda gone.

Ohhh, man... If I was you, upon getting it, I'd open it up, check it against the info that kitkit.com posted, post pictures here (or in the bootleg section), and tell the seller you want to return the item. The seller faces some pretty harsh penalties if you report him to eBay for selling illegal bootlegs, and if I was you, I'd threaten to do it... 120 is WAY too much to pay for any bootleg.
For what it's worth, the phrase "100% working" is supposedly common nomenclature for a bootleg on eBay.

I'll be sure to remember that in the future. And yeah, if it's a boot, I'll go ahead and get a refund.... I guess his 100% feedback record made me think it was ok too. Well, I let you guys know when I get it.

I met the seller in person, he's local to me and a really good guy. He's an honest seller and provides great customer service, very reasonable. I don't think you'd have a problem returning it to him if it was a boot. As it is, that's a great price for a legit TSS cart. Congratulations on rolling the dice.

From what Loegan and Busted have said, you just got a HELL of a nice deal. Fuck the fact that the lable's torn and not legit; if it's a good cart, it's a good cart..... I won't lie, I'm a lil jealous now. tho, I've never had a chance to play TSS...
