AES Missing Cap?

I was doing some work on my stereo modded AES when I came across what appears to be the remnants of a cap. Right now, I can't get any audio so I'm hoping it's related.

The cap in question is located directly to the left of the memory card slot and is labeled 100P. This is on a Neo-AES3-4 motherboard. Can anybody confirm what this is or if there is even supposed to be anything there?

Thanks in advance!

Hmmm... looks like it was cut on purpose.

Did you try the headphone jack yet? When you had it over here tonight the audio was working from the factory outputs. It may be the wire for the audio jacks on your mod is getting pinched or grounded under the board somewhere.

If that cap was going to affect it, it would've shown up over here. It's part of a clock circuit.

Ok,I'm officially cut off from any more diagnosing on this console. I tore it apart again today and checked all of the connections. Everything worked great. Took your advice on the headphones and had perfect sound. I traced the lines back through my switcher to my TV and found that audio was on input 1 and video was on input 2.

So, the system is working perfectly now! Thanks again for looking at it for me. I'll just ignore that missing cap as it doesn't seem to affect anything.
