MV-1FZ PCB Jamma compatibility

I just got a new to me MV-1FZ PCB, it does say JAMMA right by the connector so pardon the following question...


Can this PCB (MV-1FZ) be plugged directly into my non neo-geo JAMMA arcade machine without any modifications to the machine wiring? I am most concerned with the apparent differences to the sound connections.
