For those of you who haven't come to any of the meets before I can assure you they are tons of fun!

I'd be interested to come, but can't propably host. I'm already hosting some "regular" meets every now and then, so the missus propably wouldn't appreciate an acceleration in the pace.


But that's not a definite no, though at least sleeping over would be out of the picture.

I live in Espoo, those of you who don't know. And since those early meets I've also bought two Naomis, I guess we could play those as well even though they are not Neo. ;)

Because I got kids and the missus hardly ever takes them away for the wekeend without me, I can't really host, plus I dont have any of the cool arcade stuff Finn or Viaton has. Still can't wait to get this organized, want to meet up with you guys again!

Weekend of 22/23 May also not good for me. Other Saturdays should be fine though.

Rob, yeah, I've had Garou on MVS for a long time. I still will buy the AES version some day, it's one of the most gorgeous games (physically speaking). I'm a collector, what can you say. :p

Raz, I didn't update my UniBios the last time, I bet there are tons of improvements made during this time? Could you upgrade my MVS and AES chips again? But don't worry, for the first time I think you'll have plenty of time to play games. :D

Oh hi there, I haven't actually been very active but I see you're hosting another meet. It just happens that I'm visiting Russia during the meet but otherwise I'd have liked to come play some games (NeoGeo or anything else retro). Maybe next time.

On a side note, anyone want to fix a Mega Drive 2 I just bought:rolleyes:? The sound is garbled! And it's not the cable cause I tested with an RF and a brand new composite cable.

I can probably arrive at about 17.00 also. I'll bring my programmer and eraser but I dont have a laptop. So will need to be a pc with 2000 / XP or Vista and a usb port. Anyone who wants their unibios upgraded to 3.0 should bring it with them.

Raz: I told my tv that input to that port was only RGB, then it stopped flipping repeatedly. Problem is that the picture seems to 'ripple' slightly... not sure what the cause is.

Game House at Tammelantori (http://www.gamehouse.fi/) has some older consoles and games in stock.

There are no arcades left in Tampere :crying:. The last one disappeared a few years ago. The Plevna movie theatre near Keskustori has a couple of arcade cabinets (driving games) and a pinball machine (Indiana Jones).
