Custom Avatars?

What are the specs and what do I need to do to submit a custom avatar?? And can it be set so that only I can use that avatar?

Basically, you need to make a picture in .GIF format. Maximum size 64X64 pixels. E-mail it to shawn@neo-geo.com , and he will install it for you in a custom folder that only you will be able to access. When you go to access your profile after it is installed, you will see a message indicating that there is a custom Avatar available for you. Just go to the custom folder and choose your Avatar.

Be sure to include your User ID for this site when you send your Avatar, so he enables it for the right person. Probably not too many ECM's here, though.
