I'm clearing out my MVS stuff, and would love to give these a good home. Would prefer to sell for cash, but trades for AES games would definitely be nice.
First up is my MVS board. It's a Neo-1F one-slot, in fully working order, which has worked a treat since I've owned it. The previous owner soldered a test switch onto it which I've not removed as it's far too useful. Having the controller ports definitely is a bonus. The battery still seems to be good, and all in all I've had nothing but good news from it.
Attached to this is a Vogatech supergun. I've posted about how nice this little board is before, and it still is. Video output is RGB over SCART, power is supplied via a standard ATX power supply, and sound output is over minijack. I've removed the PIC chips which control the supergun controller ports, as otherwise they would randomly fire directions while playing. As the MVS has proper Neo-Geo controller ports this is no great loss.
Finally to the games. I have three carts, two with serials intact. As far as I am aware these are genuine SNK MVS carts and are not boots. They are:
* Samurai Shodown; (with serial)
* Samurai Shodown II; (with serial)
* KOF '98.
The first two were bought on these very forums from the now-departed user Thiessen, while KOF 98 was bought over eBay from Yaton. These carts come without boxes, inserts, or anything else.
Price-wise, I'm thinking of £40 for the MVS, £10 for the supergun, £10 each for the two Samurai Shodowns, and £20 for KOF '98. All prices are in GBP and exclude shipping.
Please feel free to fire any questions my way. This is great kit and I want to make sure that you're happy with it if you choose to buy it.
