Has anyone dealt with this company before? I'm thinking of buying a new stick and I want to know if they're a good company to do business with. Any advice would be appreciated... Thanks in advance.

I've ordered some capcom art and shockboxes from arcade shock before. Couldn't complain about their service.

I bought my Super MVS Convertor from them. I had some communications with the guy too. Very friendly and helpful. Good service (fast delivery) too and I got a free poster.

Arcade Shock is good.

Arcade Shock is probably one of the better online retailers imo. I like them a lot.

I really want to get a MAS from them, and I heard that any MAS that is listed as 'in stock' from them can be received really quickly, which would be a plus. However, it seems that they don't offer the same type of customization as MAS themselves so I might have to just go the direct route. I'm reluctant to, however, because I hear that MAS takes literally months to get your stick to you.

I ordered something from Arcade Shock just the other week. Got my item fast and it was just as the site described. They even threw in a free poster. I'd buy from them again for sure.
