Uncensored MVS games

It has come to my attention that my US MVS 4 -Slot will sensor my games. Like Mai's Bounce in KOF2k or the Fatalities in LB2 or SS4. I want to know how I can set it up that I do not have anything censored.
I'd really appreciate any help on this as soon as possible.

Well if I am not mistaken,my sam sho 4 came like that but all I did was flick the dipswich 1 down and go into my softdip options whilst game I want to change is in one of the slots,highlight the game and you can put the blood/fatalities options on and so on <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

yes that'll work in last Blade 2 as well

No way to get Mai's bounce without a japanese Bios though. :/

Actually there is a way...

A European board will display all gore, violence, and sex... in English!

They are way to go, I have two euro boards here, and the only down side is I get the damn world teams in Street Slam instead of the gritty US only teams... which makes the game less fun/realistic in my opnion, other than that all is cool!

So call mdgamesales or the different Neo sellers and see if you can get your hands on a Euro bios. It will let you see Mai''s bounciness and all other goodies in KOF.

I deal with Mike Druss [mdgamesales]all the time,I find the service very reliable <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

The blood and fatalities is what i really wanted. I guess I can live w/o Mai's bounce. Thanks for the help guys.

BigBear responded to a post I made, that there is no censoring of any game on a US
MVS board.

He said it again in another post on the tech board.

According to that you should be able to get Mai's bounce.

considering mvs is whats in the arcades and the arcades games have no censorship on them unless they change the sofdip options I would presume that her bounce would be there,I ordered this game myself last week from mdgamesales on mvs and should be here in a couple of days hopefully so then I will know whether the bounce is there or not,I mean I am in england and the bounce is in that arcade version so it should be in mine version too,the only way there would not be a bounce in my opinion would be if there was not a bounce in the game itself but there is so who knows.wil have to wait and see,will reply to post once game arrives <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

Well if he said that, and i'm not saying he did, he is wrong.

There is no dipswitch or soft dip setting to restore bounciness in kof2k on a US mvs board.

Maybe this is only for KoF 2K though?

The only reason I ask, is because when KoF '96 came out in the arcades (and it's the only KoF game I've ever seen at an actual arcade, so I may be wrong here), I could swear it had Mai's "bounce".

Heck, even as far back as KoF '94, EGM was commenting on how the "bounce" was available in the arcade game, and yet not in the home version (needed to use a code for that).

Anyway, since I haven't yet gotten a KoF on MVS yet (all of mine are on home cart, and running on a modded system), I have no way of testing this out at present, but I was thinking maybe this might be just a recent development.

My US 1-slot MVS is completely UNCENSORED. There is blood, bounce, female shredded clothing, characters split in half, everything! <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">

In a lot of games if you go into your software settings, you can switch on/off the blood codes. But the default is always on.

Well having extensively played KOF2K on US MVS hardware, I can unequivicably tell you that there is no bounce.

It exists in the Eur/Jap versions only...

There is no dipswitch setting to restore it (although all the other KOF games do have such a setting.)

For just about every other game this is true...not for KOF2k though..you can get blood, but no bounce

Ok heres the results,revquixo is virtually right,atleast on us machines as I dont know about europran boards,I got kof 2000 today on the mvs after weeks of waiting.I changed settings to get blood.I chose Mai,her breasts were solid no bounce,not when you are walking or standing still,however....when she does her winning pose they bounce perfectly, and also when she fights Andy, she faces the screen and they bounce ALOT but thats about it though,I suppose its better than nothing,it would have been nice to see them bounce all the way through,next time the blood will be banned too,there should be no cencorship in mvs games,look how much her puppies bounced in kof 94 and look how much blood was gushed.one point of note,the gameplay is nowhere near as good as 98 or 99,I think the contol engine is a bit off and also the animation in backgrounds and cut scenes is not up to normal standards,boss is not too strong either.lets hope 2001 is an improvement with added BOUNCE !!!
