Am I correct in saying....

Am I correct in saying that on my MVS cab that pins 10 and 11 on the connector that go to the speakers require no earth ??? Pin 10 two wires going to the same speaker and pin 11 two wires going to the other speaker. Is this correct ?????????

I would say you are correct seeing as the ground for the whole thing is on the board itself. Makes no real sense to have 2 sets of grounding wires.
