Neo on a 19" CRT?

Is there any way to use a 19" CRT computer monitor (with a VGA input)with the Neo? I've read on the net that it can damage the monitor, as the Khz is different?

I may be incorrect but most VGA monitors run at 31KHz. You would need a monitor that runs at 15KHz.

if you get a old NEC pc monitor they have 15KHz

I have a little board that converts arcade rgbs to vga. It works decently but doesnt look quite as good as a true arcade monitor
