Hi,

Just picked up a Super Neo 29 cab and the psu is shot! I am trying to wire in a Happ switching psu into it. There are a few things I need help with. What is +S? Also for AC what is AC(N) and AC(L)...my Happ has 2 AC outputs but they just say AC. Also what is the difference with GND and FG. for the wall plug which one do I use?

Thanks for your help!!!!

If you don't know what N and L are, you shouldn't be doing mains wiring.

ac n is neutral or white. ac l is line which is hot, black.

what are gnd and fg near?

gnd is likely for the jamma harness etc. and fg is likely earth (ground from ac cord.)

its hard to say without seeing it.

Yep you are probably right. The reason I asked is because on the Happ PSU it has 2 AC connectors but it doesn't say N or L. Thanks not_sonic...also the ACL is white and the acn is black on the super29 psu pinout. Do you know what +s is?

sure its not +5 ?

also the color of the wire isnt always 100% accurate as to its functioning. in a lot of cases a/c wiring can be reversed and shit will still work. japan doesnt use polarized outlets so there you go.

just make sure the hot is switched. on the psu if the ac lines arent labeled its possible tha theyre indicated with the screw color. hot goes to the brass screw, if there is one. if theres no indication at all then it doesnt matter.
